This yellow patch layer dress was couture by the designer herself.  Skylier designs and make all samples. The different patch colors were cut out and sewn together.

To prevent waste, the designer recycles the leftover fabric used for the I love color dresses and skirts.

Designer Skylier Blanchard-Crowder loves contrasting unique colors together and working with all types of embellishments.
